About
Red Adobo was born after I started having cravings for my late grandmother’s chicken adobo meal that she’s made for the family since I can remember. My Lola’s chicken adobo recipe is not like any other adobo recipe. It is yummy, has a unique flavor, and it’s very satisfying. Unfortunately, she passed away before she was able to hand down her recipe so I spent countless hours doing my best to re-create it. Using my memory of her dish and its unique flavors, I created Red Adobo.
I started sharing with my family and friends and before I knew it, my dish became a hit. It was then that I decided to open my own business to fill the demand and share my unique Red Adobo recipe for all to enjoy.
